Ashley Wigren

Managing Broker

Settle by Never Settling

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Ashley

My real estate career began in 2013. Before becoming a broker, I was in social work, assisting homeless youth and also youth in or exiting the foster care system. I work out of John L. Scott’s Everett office, helping clients in Mill Creek, Bothell, Edmonds, Mukilteo and Snohomish. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest and Everett area for more than 30 years, and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in society, ethics and human behavior.

After impacting countless lives through social work, it was hard to leave the industry to become a broker. However, I've discovered that serving as a broker is another way I can positively impact the lives of others. People need a broker they can trust and someone who is an expert in their field – and I love being that person! I've worked since I was 13 years old, and I'm constantly inspired by my dynamic and entrepreneurial family members, so I love running my own business.

Clients work with me because I'm honest, smart, detail-oriented and trustworthy. I aim to ensure my clients don’t settle – I want them to feel good about their sale or their purchase so they don’t feel any regrets. I like giving my clients the information needed so they are able to make the best decision for their particular situation, alleviating any anxiety and reducing friction at every turn.

I'm inspired by learning and helping others. I'm highly involved in my local community, as a member of the Mill Creek Rotary and committee member for the Office of Neighborhoods Committee and the Night of Hope Gala (the main fundraising event for the Snohomish County American Cancer Society). I also participate in volunteer events at the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle.

Outside of work, I fill my time with volunteering, camping, hiking and practicing yoga. I teach yoga twice a week in the Mill Creek Town Center!

Mill Creek

Mill Creek is a planned city that was originally designed around a golf course and country club. But the town has grown over the past three decades to become a vibrant community with plenty of ways to stay active and connected to neighbors. Mill Creek is about 20 miles to the north and east of Seattle, so all that the both Seattle and the east side offer are at your fingertips. And with both Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains just a short drive away, year-round activities abound. But there are so many reasons to stay put. The Mill Creek Town Center features more than 80 restaurants and shops, and it has been named Washington State’s top “lifestyle center.” Mill Creek residents and folks from nearby towns flock here for dining ranging from frozen yogurt and Starbucks to more upscale fare and wine shops, and shopping for gifts, eye glasses, groceries and more. The open air, pedestrian friendly Town Center also hosts a summer concert series, a monthly art walk, and various seasonal events throughout the year. Nature lovers take advantage of 23 miles of trails that run throughout the city. Neighborhood and community parks offer opportunities to get outside. The new Arena Sports and Entertainment center will feature indoor fields, a family entertainment center, laser tag, rock climbing, bowling, and arcade games. If you’d like to learn more about Mill Creek, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

“Ashley helped sell my first house at a price I was comfortable with, keeping me informed in a timely matter and making it a relatively easy process. All the questions I had, she answered promptly and provided resources to back up her answers. When I was ready to buy a new home, Ashley found the perfect one for me, I didn't even have to contact her first for a viewing. She definitely has a knack for reading people and what they are looking for. As far as the buying process goes, I had a number of questions in which she responded with transparency and promptness. Again, if she did not have an answer, she would be honest with me and go the extra mile to get it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with Ashley to buy or sell a home.”

“Where do I even begin. My wife and I are first time home buyers and came in with very little experience and knowledge. Ashley walked us through the process and her confidence and knowledge about securing a loan, making an offer, and closing the deal was very reassuring. Ashley was available 24/7, is a great communicator, and surrounds herself with people that are just as capable, hardworking, and honest as her. Everything from a loan officer to home inspector, she only brought in good people. Even when it came time to do our final walk through there was no pressure from Ashley. All she cared about was us and making sure the house was in the condition we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with her and her team. If we find ourselves wanting to sell or buy again my wife and I know where to go. Thank you Ashley.”

“Hands down best realtor and person you could possibly have representing you in your home needs, whether buying or selling. When we first decided to both sell our current home and buy another, we were most certainly nervous and stressed by the mere thought. However, our amazing realtor Ashley made it an absolute breeze for us. We got the house of dreams in this crazy market at a phenomenal price and sold our previous home in less than a week with 10 legitimate offers. John L Scott is lucky to have such an amazing person and realtor in Ashley. She clearly knows the market and what it takes to execute in your best interest. She was incredibly engaged in both our buying and selling processes and communicated above and beyond our expectations. Her professionalism and work ethic is amongst the highest we have ever experienced in any business dealing. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!”
