As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
My real estate career began in 2013. Before becoming a broker, I was in social work, assisting homeless youth and also youth in or exiting the foster care system. I work out of John L. Scott’s Everett office, helping clients in Mill Creek, Bothell, Edmonds, Mukilteo and Snohomish. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest and Everett area for more than 30 years, and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in society, ethics and human behavior.
After impacting countless lives through social work, it was hard to leave the industry to become a broker. However, I've discovered that serving as a broker is another way I can positively impact the lives of others. People need a broker they can trust and someone who is an expert in their field – and I love being that person! I've worked since I was 13 years old, and I'm constantly inspired by my dynamic and entrepreneurial family members, so I love running my own business.
Clients work with me because I'm honest, smart, detail-oriented and trustworthy. I aim to ensure my clients don’t settle – I want them to feel good about their sale or their purchase so they don’t feel any regrets. I like giving my clients the information needed so they are able to make the best decision for their particular situation, alleviating any anxiety and reducing friction at every turn.
I'm inspired by learning and helping others. I'm highly involved in my local community, as a member of the Mill Creek Rotary and committee member for the Office of Neighborhoods Committee and the Night of Hope Gala (the main fundraising event for the Snohomish County American Cancer Society). I also participate in volunteer events at the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle.
Outside of work, I fill my time with volunteering, camping, hiking and practicing yoga. I teach yoga twice a week in the Mill Creek Town Center!
Mill Creek is a planned city that was originally designed around a golf course and country club. But the town has grown over the past three decades to become a vibrant community with plenty of ways to stay active and connected to neighbors. Mill Creek is about 20 miles to the north and east of Seattle, so all that the both Seattle and the east side offer are at your fingertips. And with both Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains just a short drive away, year-round activities abound. But there are so many reasons to stay put. The Mill Creek Town Center features more than 80 restaurants and shops, and it has been named Washington State’s top “lifestyle center.” Mill Creek residents and folks from nearby towns flock here for dining ranging from frozen yogurt and Starbucks to more upscale fare and wine shops, and shopping for gifts, eye glasses, groceries and more. The open air, pedestrian friendly Town Center also hosts a summer concert series, a monthly art walk, and various seasonal events throughout the year. Nature lovers take advantage of 23 miles of trails that run throughout the city. Neighborhood and community parks offer opportunities to get outside. The new Arena Sports and Entertainment center will feature indoor fields, a family entertainment center, laser tag, rock climbing, bowling, and arcade games.
